We aim to come together through Yoga to CONNECT, RECHARGE, to have FUN and GIVE BACK to our community…

Our mission is twofold:
  • To host a diverse yoga festival in our community, taught by renowned yoga teachers, musicians & speakers to equip attendees with tools for managing stress and anxiety in their day-to-day lives.
  • To allocate festival profits to mental health and suicide awareness programs within the Grand Valley.

Awaken the radiant codes of Lakshmi, honoring the cycles of life with a compassionate and generous heart. Each day of the week is associated with different deities, planetary powers, and codes of consciousness. Friday is the day of Venus and Lakshmi’s Love with the radiant codes of compassion, sustainability, harmony, abundance, beauty, grace, prosperity, sensuality, empathy, generosity, and blessing energy.

Sianna will guide you in a bhakti flow of backbends, pranayama, and chanting. Learn a skillful sequence to full wheel pose, Urdhva Dhanurasana, and creative variations of deeper backbends. This is a progressive sequence of standing poses with symmetrical and asymmetrical backbends, functional anatomy, pranayama, chanting, mantra and mudra to embody the radiant codes of Lakshmi. 

Let’s lift up our prayers, together in community, in this Shakti Temple Journey. 

Rasa Yoga is a bhakti fusion of asana, mantra, mudra, myth, pranayama, meditation, functional anatomy, Tantric yoga philosophy, shadow work, social justice advocacy and soul alchemy.
