We are a traditional Yoga Festival BUT with a twist…

We aim to come together through Yoga to CONNECT, RECHARGE, to have FUN and GIVE BACK to our community…

Our mission is twofold:
  • To host a diverse yoga festival in our community, taught by renowned yoga teachers, musicians & speakers to equip attendees with tools for managing stress and anxiety in their day-to-day lives.
  • To allocate festival profits to mental health and suicide awareness programs within the Grand Valley.

100% OF THE FESTIVAL’S PROCEEDS GO TO MENTAL HEALTH & SUICIDE AWARENESS PROGRAMS IN THE GRAND VALLEY

Come prepared to sing, flow, and AWAKEN your creative voice through meditation, breathwork, and an expressive yoga flow accompanied with live music, mantra and mudras. This workshop will connect movement and song as a holistic practice to access your inner truth and birth your unseen ideas into the physical world.

Julia will guide you on an expressive and embodied vinyasa flow sequence with an emphasis on subtle
body awareness and intuitive movement, while Liat accompanies the class with an inspiring multi-instrument sound journey. Throughout the sequence, we will integrate mudras and mantras that empower your creative potential and activate the power of your voice.
